Seven North Carolina Counties appear to have more registered voters than the US Census says are eligible to vote.
Analysis shows these counties have registration rates of 100% or higher of their census voting age population: Camden (100%), Cherokee (100%), Clay (105%), Dare (100%), Orange (100%), Watauga (101%), Yancey (102%).
Registration rates in four more counties are 95% or higher: Buncombe (95%), Durham (95%), Jones (95%), Madison (98% — over 100% in 2008).

A comparison of US Census voting age population data in Ohio to voter registration data shows two counties, Wood and Lawrence, have more registered voters than perhaps they should.
Numerically Wood and Lawrence have more than 100% of census voting age population registered to vote.
